German Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups peeled chopped apples

Instructions

1 _ In large bowl, beat eggs and oil until smooth.

2 _ Add next 6 ingredients and mix well.

3 _ Fold in apples.

4 _ Pour into greased 9 by 13 pan.

5 _ Bake at 350F degrees for 50-55 minutes.
