Mrs. Knobbes Gooey Butter Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄2 cup butter
  • 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1 _ Mix the cake mix with 1 egg and the butter and pat into a greased cake pan.

2 _ Mix and pour the remaining ingredients over the cake.

3 _ Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.

4 _ Dust the top with powdered sugar.
