Pecan Pie Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2⁄3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

1 _ Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2 _ Combine all ingredients and mix well.

3 _ Spray a miniature muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

4 _ Fill each 3/4 full.

5 _ Bake in preheated oven for approx.

6 _ 18 minutes.
