Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 prepared pie crust
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
Instructions
1 _ In medium saucepan mix flour,sugar,milk,and egg yolks.2 _ Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
3 _ Boil for 1 minute.
4 _ Remove from heat and add coconut, vanilla, and butter.
5 _ Pour into crust.
6 _ Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
7 _ Top with Cool Whip.
