Ingredients

  • 1 grahm cracker pie crust
  • 2 8oz package cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions

1 _ In large bowl, soften cream cheese in microwave until warm and smooth, stirring frequently.

2 _ while still warm, stir in 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla.

3 _ in separate bowl, beat eggs. Add to cream cheese and sugar mixture.

4 _ pour mixture into pie crust.

5 _ Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until slightly set. remove from oven.


6 _ in a separate bowl, mix remaining sugar and sour cream.

7 _ pour mixture on top of pie. bake for an additional 10 minutes.

8 _ remove from oven. chill in refrigerator for 4 hours. serve chilled. enjoy.
