Ingredients
- 8 oz cool whip
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 2 bananas
- 1 t coconut extract
- 2/3 C white chocolate chips
- 9 inch graham cracker crust
- 1 C toasted coconut
Instructions
1_ Mix sugar and cream cheese on medium speed with a mixer until light and fluffy.2_ Add coconut extract. Mix briefly until blended.
3_ Fold in cool whip.
4_ Fold in bananas.
5_ Scoop into graham cracker pie crust.
6_ Spread toasted coconut across the top. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until cream has stiffened.
