Ingredients
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 10 Ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 TablespoonsSugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Large Bag Marshmallows
Instructions
1_ Preheat oven to 325°F2_ Combine milk and cream in saucepan over low heat. Once simmering, remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted, then whisk in sugar and salt.
3_ In a bowl beat eggs and slowly add to chocolate mixture.
4_ Pour into pie crust and bake 45 minutes. Remove when chocolate is firm.
5_ Top with marahmallows and return to oven just until golden.
6_ Cool, then refridgerate 1-2 hours.
