Ingredients
Bottom layer- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 box Triple chocolate fudge cake mix
- 8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar (confectioners sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heath baking pieces
- 1/2 cup Carmel baking pieces (chips)
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1_ Preheat oven to 350°2_ Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam
3_ Sprinkle coconut on bottom of pan.
4_ Sprinkle pecan pieces over coconut
5_ Mix cake mix per instructions
6_ Dump chips into a bowl and mix well
7_ Cream together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powder sugar
8_ Pour cake batter into pan.
9_ Spoon scoop cream cheese icing into cake batter
10_ Sprinkle half of the chip mixture over the cake
11_ Bake 35 to 40 minutes
12_ Sprinkle with remaining chip mixture on top of the cake.
