Shepards pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb ground beef or venison
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 envelope instant potatoes. .. homemade preferred but for tonight....instant
  • shredded cheese
  • chives

Instructions

1_ Pre heat oven to 350

2_ Brown meat and drain grease

3_ Make instant taters ....or real mashed potatoes

4_ In a casserole dish..Season meat and add beefy onion soup mix,corn and cream of mushroom soup and mix it up real good.

5_ Cover with mashed taters


6_ Cook uncovered for 20 minutes

7_ Top with chives and cheese and cook til cheese is melted.
