Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 pound pasta cooked
  • 6 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • Alfredo Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • optional: mozzarella cheese to put on top

Instructions

1_ Pound chicken to about 1/2 inch thick.

2_ Dissolve salt in water and put chicken in. Then put in refrigerator for an hour.

3_ Once done marinating, cook chicken. Once it has cooled cut it up into bite size pieces.

4_ To start making Alfredo sauce: in a sauce pan melt butter.

5_ Add garlic and cook for a minute.

6_ Add the test of sauce ingredients and heat to boiling.


7_ Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes or until sauce has thickened.

8_ Mix in pasta, bacon, and cheese.

9_ Cook to make sure everything is warm.

10_ Top with mozzarella cheese if you would like.
