Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2 cup water
- 1 pound pasta cooked
- 6 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
- Alfredo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- optional: mozzarella cheese to put on top
Instructions
1_ Pound chicken to about 1/2 inch thick.2_ Dissolve salt in water and put chicken in. Then put in refrigerator for an hour.
3_ Once done marinating, cook chicken. Once it has cooled cut it up into bite size pieces.
4_ To start making Alfredo sauce: in a sauce pan melt butter.
5_ Add garlic and cook for a minute.
6_ Add the test of sauce ingredients and heat to boiling.
7_ Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
8_ Mix in pasta, bacon, and cheese.
9_ Cook to make sure everything is warm.
10_ Top with mozzarella cheese if you would like.
