Ingredients
Cake- 4 eggs
- 2 cup Pure Cane Sugar
- 3 oz Strawberry Jell-O
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cup Flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Puree
- 1 box Fresh Strawberries(Sliced)
- 1 Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Recipe
- 1 Chocolate Ganache Recipe
- 1 buttercream icing recipe
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1_ Preheat over to 350.2_ Add Butter, Sugar and Strawberry Jell-O to mixer and mixed til combined.
3_ Mix in eggs 1 at a time.
4_ Mix Baking Powder and Flour together.
5_ Add in half flour then half milk. Repeat.
6_ Add Strawberry Puree
7_ Split mix in half and put into 9' pans
8_ Bake for 25 minutes or until you can place a toothpick in and it comes out clean.
9_ Let Cakes cool.
10_ Use Butter cream to ice edge of lower cake
11_ Fill with chocolate ganache
12_ Place sliced strawberries on ganache.
13_ Place 2nd cake on top.
14_ Add Crumb coat and place in fridge
15_ Ice cake with buttercream. Place in fridge.
16_ Top with chocolate strawberries.
So you use self rising flour?
