Panko Chicken with Honey Sriracha Sauce

Ingredients

  • 300 grams chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tbsp panko
  • 1/2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

1_ Wash chicken breast and scrub with salt

2_ Simply beat the chicken to create a smoother texture

3_ Cut chicken into 2 inch size chunk, set aside

4_ Mix the eggs, salt and pepper into a medium sized bowl

5_ Fill up a plate with panko

6_ Now dip the chicken chunks into egg mixture followed by panko

7_ Deep fried for 1 minute until golden brown

8_ Transfer chicken chunks into oven and bake for 20 minutes at 200C


9_ As for the sauce, prepare a saucepan and heat up olive oil

10_ Fry the chopped garlic until golden, put in remaining ingredient to cook for 2 minutes

11_ Ready to serve
