Peanut butter cheesecake bars

Ingredients

• 1 roll peanut butter cookie dough
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

1_ Preheat oven to 350 °

2_ Press 1/2 or 2/3 of cookie dough in greased 8x8 dish.

3_ Beat cream cheese until smooth, add egg and sugar. Mix well.

4_ Pour mixture over cookie dough. Crumble remaining cookie dough over the top.

5_ Bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6_ Allow to cool as long as possible!

7_ You can use any cookie dough - chocolate chip would be bomb!
