Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup mozzarella shreds
- 1 cup marinara of choice
Instructions
1_ Pre heat oven to 350°2_ Mix together chicken, egg, parmesan, onion, 1/2 cup of sauce, italian seasoning and bread crumbs. Set aside.
3_ Mix mozzarella and remaining sauce.
4_ Divide chicken mixture in half. Put first half in loaf pan. Making a indentation down the middle for cheese mixture.
5_ Add cheese mix and top with second half of the chicken mixture. Pat to seal and form a loaf.
6_ Bake for 1 hour or until 165° internal temperature is reached. Serve with pasta if desired and extra sauce.
