Ingredients
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 Tbls canola oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Mix spices in large plastic bag. Brush chicken with oil; place in bag, and turn to coat. Grill chicken until cooked thoroughly.
Tomato-Cucumber Raita
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 c cucumber, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato, chopped and seeded
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 2 Tbls fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in bowl; cover and refrigerate till ready to serve.
