Bisquick Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients

YIELD 1 pan
  • 2 1⁄2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1 _ Combine all ingredients except chips.

2 _ Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan, greased and floured.

3 _ Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.

4 _ Bake 25-30 minutes at 350° (will look bubbly and light in the center).
