Mocha Angel Cake

Ingredients

Cake
  • 1 box Angel food cake mix
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 1/3 cup cold coffee
Frosting
  • 6 oz Cool whip
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp cocoa
Topping
  • 1 Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

1_ In large bowl, mix cake mix, 1 tbsp cocoa, & coffee.

2_ Pour into ungreased angel food cake pan. Then bake & cool according to box directions.

3_ Remove from pan onto cake plate.

4_ In medium bowl, fold together cool whip, powdered sugar, & 2 tsp cocoa.

5_ Frost cake with cool whip mixture. Then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Serve.
