momma's Super easy white chocolate cheesecake brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 box duncan hines snack size brownie mix (or use half of your favorite mix)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 medium eggs
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

1_ preheat oven to 350°F

2_ mix brownie mix, one egg, 2 tablespoons water, one oz white chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup oil

3_ spray 8x8 baking pan with non stick spray

4_ pour brownie batter into baking pan. set aside

5_ in new mixing bowl blend cream cheese, sugar, and one egg yolk until smooth

6_ in double boiler melt 4 ozs of white chocolate chips

7_ blend melted chocolate into cheesecake batter until smooth

8_ drop 4 even sized globs of cheesecake batter into the corners of the pan


9_ take a knife, stick it into cheesecake blobs and drag it through the brownie batter making a "marbled" look

10_ put on center track and bake about 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
