Simple Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 16 frozen choc chip cookies (I use GFS)
  • 1/2 cup Hershey choclate spread
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions

1_ Set oven at 350°. Mix peanut butter and Hershey spread. Top 8 cookies with mixture (heaping teaspoon) Put remaining 8 cookies on top. Bake for 8 mins, remove from oven and flatten each one just a little (fix the cookies if sliding off.) Bake additional 13 mins. Remove and let set for 10 mins ,then transfer to cooling rack. Times vary with baking sheet used. I prefer stone.
