Ingredients
- 3 lbs Bone in Chicken Thighs
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 18 oz bottle of Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Jack Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Parsley flakes-dried
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Oregano-dried
- 1/2 Tbsp Basil -dried
- 1 Tbsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 1 cup Canola Oil - about
Instructions
1_ In 13x9 baking dish add enough Canola Oil to just cover the bottom of the pan. Add in the 2 Tbsp Salt & Pepper & swirl around. Remove the skin from the chicken& place in dish making sure the chicken is covered in the oil salt & pepper mixture.2_ In a mixing bowl mix in all the ingredients but the cheese. Whisk until combined. Pour over the chicken.
3_ Bake the chicken in a 425°F oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil sprinkling 1/2 cup of the cheese directly onto the chicken.
4_ After the first 30 minutes continue cooking at 450°F until done. When finished sprinkle the rest of the cheese directly onto the chicken. Should serve 4-6.
