Cheesy Caesar Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Bone in Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 18 oz bottle of Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Jack Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley flakes-dried
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oregano-dried
  • 1/2 Tbsp Basil -dried
  • 1 Tbsp Pepper
In Baking Dish:
  • 2 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 cup Canola Oil - about

Instructions

1_ In 13x9 baking dish add enough Canola Oil to just cover the bottom of the pan. Add in the 2 Tbsp Salt & Pepper & swirl around. Remove the skin from the chicken& place in dish making sure the chicken is covered in the oil salt & pepper mixture.

2_ In a mixing bowl mix in all the ingredients but the cheese. Whisk until combined. Pour over the chicken.

3_ Bake the chicken in a 425°F oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil sprinkling 1/2 cup of the cheese directly onto the chicken.


4_ After the first 30 minutes continue cooking at 450°F until done. When finished sprinkle the rest of the cheese directly onto the chicken. Should serve 4-6.
